About Michelle

In 2005 I qualified as a Children’s Yoga Teacher and teach in schools up to age 16.

In 2007 took my Foundation course level 1 with the British Wheel Of Yoga which gave me a greater understanding of meditation, pranayama (the use of our breath) and just being kind to our selves.

This lead me in the direction of Healing and in 2011 I became a Reiki Master and a Reflexologist.

I then went on to the London School of Reflexology and gained my Diploma in Preconception, Pregnancy and Post Natal Care.

Last year I took my Reflexology to Queens hospital and I now volunteer in the Oncology department. This area of Cancer care using Reflexology and Reiki has become my passion as I have seen and experienced the amazing benefits and relief they offer.
