- I have been regular client of Julia’s for the past 10 years. I have tried reflexology and healing, and loved them both. Whenever I book an appointment with Julia, she always has plenty of time for me and I can’t imagine how I would have dealt with challenges that life has presented me in the past years without Julia’s professional help. Last week I have received healing on distance, due to Covid 19 restrictions, and I was amazed how powerful it was despite us being miles apart. I can’t recommend Julia and her Sanctuary enough.

Dr Prathima Nagesh obtained her degree (BAMS) from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi, India. She subsequently specialized in Panchakarma MD from SDM College of Ayurveda, Hassan, India.
She has been practicing in UK and Europe for more than 12yrs and has a clinic in Essex, UK and also in Canary Wharf, London, UK.
She has also been a lecturer for the past 12yrs, and works at the College of Ayurveda (Milton Keynes) and used to work at the Middlesex University London.
Dr Nagesh is also a visiting expert at School van Ayurveda (school of Ayurveda) in Gent, Belgium.
As an internationally acclaimed speaker, she has presented papers and given talks on Ayurveda in many international conferences and institutes in India and Europe, and has represented Ayurvedic Medical Association and College of Ayurveda at the House of Parliament, during Ayurvedic meeting for discussion on regulations.
Dr Nagesh is the director of Agnihealthcare Ltd , UK, which provides quality Ayurvedic treatments, and is also joint director of VYASAcademy Ltd UK , which provides authentic and quality education in Ayurveda and Yoga.
