It is an opportunity to gain understanding surrounding challenges you may be experiencing, to connect with thoughts and feelings, whilst promoting self-awareness and positive wellbeing. I undertake Person Centred counselling, one of the Humanistic approaches, which puts you at the heart of the session, enabling you to reach your full potential and become your true self. I also offer bespoke Bach Flower Remedies and/or Pellowah Healing to assist with Mindfulness I am a Life Coach, using a holistic approach, focussed on goals and decision making. I am registered with The Association for Coaching.
