• I graduated from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in 2015, where I gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy Since then I have worked in a number of clinics in Essex. I have a structural approach to treatment. I treat the body as a whole, using a traditional approach involving the use of physical manipulations to improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, and physically realign the body. This approach is widely used to treat back pain, joint issues, sports injuries, and postural problems. I also have a special interest in treating animals and in 2017 I completed one year of study at the world renown Osteopathic Centre for Animals (OCA) I also run a weekly canine clinic at The Upminster Sanctuary.
