Can I speak to someone for advice?
- Yes, if you call The Sanctuary at 01708 251124, someone will be able to assist you. Alternatively, you can leave a message, and someone will return your call.
How do I book an appointment?
- Click the “Book an Appointment” either call 01708 251124 or follow the links to our Therapists page and reach out to them using the contact form provided.
WHAT IF I NEED TO cancel an appointment?
- Clients can contact their therapist directly or call The Upminster Sanctuary’s main number, 01708 251124.
- N.B. If you cancel your booked treatment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
How do I pay for my treatment?
- Payment is made directly to your therapist. A deposit is required—please discuss payment methods with your therapist.
Can I transfer my deposit if I can't make my appointment?
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it cannot be rescheduled, and you will lose your deposit.
Can I pay for my treatment by card?
- Therapist can accept payments via mobile phone. However, most therapists do not accept credit card payments. Please check with your therapist for their preferred payment method.
How do I find out about your prices?
- All therapists’ prices are different and subject to what treatment you chose. However, our prices start from as little as £60 per hour.
CAN I buy a gift voucher?
- You can purchase a Gift voucher from our website using a bank card – Gift Vouchers – or you can purchase a physical voucher at The Upminster Sanctuary, which can be paid for via bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Our Gift vouchers are redeemable for up to one year from purchase.
How do I redeem my voucher?
- Simply give your voucher to your therapist at the time of treatment.
