We Offer Many Different Classes For All



Yoga
Join one of our dynamic classes open to all levels. Our classes will build strength and improve flexibility. Stress falls away as you empower the spirit and calm the mind.

- Thursday – 6pm to 7.30pm
- Friday – 10am to 11.15am
Qi gong
Qi gong is Chinese in origin and is a very old ‘mind & movement’ healing practice which means ‘energy work’. Learn about the five elements in this fully integrated system that aims to balance the health by reconnecting our natural rhythms with the cycles of nature.

- Saturday – 11.30am to 12.30pm
Sound Baths
Our sound baths are created to release tension in the body and soothe the mind. Melt your stress away with the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls and Solfeggio chimes, a perfect way to relax at the weekend.

Drumming Therapy
Drumming is a dynamic therapy which lifts your mood, stimulates the nervous system, relieves stress and anxiety, focuses and clears the mind and helps relieve emotional trauma. Held monthly, this workshop is fun, invigorating and instils a sense of tribal community.

Meditation
Empower yourself and find your inner calm by learning to meditate. Freedom comes from changing unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Learn through meditation to let go of the past and start living now. These classes are held in our Barn in the warmer months.

Reiki Shares
All Usui Reiki attuned people of any level are welcome to join our Reiki Community each month and share treatments. Enjoy Reiki Meditations and a cuppa and talk about all things Reiki in our beautiful Sanctuary Barn.
